Services Overview
We do both InHouse and OnSite repairs.
Our InHouse service is either by customer drop off or we can come by and pick up your system for a fee. We prefer to repair computers in our shop because we have the most resources available to us and we can work on multiple jobs at once. Charges are usually by the job.
OnSite repairs are usually network setups and repairs or a repair that just can not be done in our shop. Internet connection issues are usually what we get called out for but we also get calls for working on specialty or industry specific software repairs. Repairing a computer onsite does cost quite a bit more because the repairs are charged by the hour not the job.
We currently do not offer phone support we can remote but we really would rather it comes in.
